Subscription Management

This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your ProfitGreen Pro subscription, including how to sign up and how to cancel.

How to Sign Up for ProfitGreen Pro​

  1. Visit profitgreen.app/dashboard
  2. Log in with your Discord account if prompted
  3. Find the server you want to upgrade in your server list
  4. Click the "Upgrade to Pro" button on the server card
  5. Select your preferred plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) on the pricing page
  6. Complete the checkout process through Stripe

Choosing a Plan​

ProfitGreen Pro offers three subscription options:

  • Monthly: $9.99/month
  • Yearly: $99.99/year - Most Popular
  • Lifetime: $179.99 one-time payment - Best Value

What Gets Upgraded?​

When you purchase a Pro subscription:

  • One User Account: Your Discord user account gets Pro benefits
  • One Server: You choose which Discord server gets Pro benefits

You can upgrade multiple servers separately if needed. Each subscription applies to one user-server combination.

How to Cancel Your Subscription​

Cancelling your subscription is easy and can be done at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Visit profitgreen.app/dashboard
  2. Log in with your Discord account if prompted
  3. Find the server with the active Pro subscription
  4. Click the "Manage Subscription" button on the server card
  5. This will open the Stripe Customer Portal
  6. In the portal, click "Cancel subscription" or "Cancel plan"
  7. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel?​

When you cancel your subscription:

  • ✅ You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • ✅ No future charges will be made
  • ✅ All Pro features remain active until the period ends
  • ❌ No refund is provided for the current billing cycle (as per our refund policy)

Example Timeline​

If you cancel on January 15th and your billing period ends on January 31st:

  • You'll continue to have Pro access until January 31st
  • No charge will occur on February 1st
  • Pro features will be removed on February 1st

Reactivating a Cancelled Subscription​

If you've cancelled your subscription but it hasn't expired yet, you can reactivate it:

  1. Visit profitgreen.app/dashboard
  2. Find the server with the cancelled subscription
  3. Click "Renew Subscription" (this appears when a subscription is set to expire)
  4. Follow the prompts in the Stripe Customer Portal to reactivate

Lifetime Subscriptions​

Lifetime subscriptions work differently:

  • No cancellation needed: Lifetime subscriptions never expire
  • No recurring billing: You pay once and own it forever
  • Transfer requests: If you need to transfer a lifetime subscription to a different server, contact us in our Support Discord Server
Lifetime Subscription Note

Lifetime subscriptions are valid for the lifetime of the bot, not the user. If the bot is shut down, lifetime subscribers will not receive a refund.

Managing Multiple Subscriptions​

If you have Pro subscriptions for multiple servers:

  • Each server appears separately in your dashboard
  • You can manage each subscription independently
  • Cancelling one subscription does not affect others
  • Each subscription must be cancelled separately if needed
